👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Zak Comstock — a triathlete, health coach, and founder of B3lieve Fitness and Wellness.
I come from a Health Science background, and over the years, I’ve earned multiple certifications in fitness, wellness, and nutrition — all rooted in one mission: helping people move better, feel stronger, and chase big goals without burning out.

🏁 My Triathlon Journey
I’ve been racing triathlon for over 5 years, competing in everything from local sprints to full-distance IRONMANevents. I’ve qualified for USA Triathlon Nationals and even earned spots to World Championship races — but what I love most about the sport is what it teaches us outside of race day.
I believe triathlon is more than just swim, bike, run — it’s about discipline, community, and believing in yourself when it counts.

🤝 The Story Behind TTN
TTN (Tinman Training & Nutrition) started like most great things do — through real connection and shared goals.
I met Carlos Mendez, my training partner, out on the roads and in the grind of day-to-day training. We pushed each other, held each other accountable, and eventually realized: this energy — this team dynamic — is something every athlete should have access to.
At the same time, I was coaching Dom Certelic, helping him transform his health and training from the ground up. Seeing his progress — not just physically, but mentally — made it clear that this wasn’t just about racing. It was about building a system that helps real people show up, stay consistent, and feel supported.
So we built TTN — a team of everyday athletes with big goals, backed by smart training, real nutrition, and genuine community.
No ego. No fluff. Just effort, education, and belief.

Through B3lieve Fitness & Wellness, I’ve been lucky to work with athletes, parents, professionals, and everyday warriors — guiding them through smarter training, more sustainable nutrition, and real lifestyle change.
